IJDACR asks for mininal charges for paper publication that includes online research paper publication, editorial expenses, Govt. taxes, Indexing, hosting charges etc. Articles are accepted or rejected for publication and published solely on the basis of merit. Authors interested in submitting their papers can give papers for reviewing. IJDACR isn't not charge for reviewing a research paper.
