For Reviewers

Reviewer Guidelines

Standards and expectations for peer reviewers engaged in the evaluation of manuscripts submitted to IJDACR.

Role of the Reviewer

Peer reviewers are essential to maintaining the scholarly quality and integrity of IJDACR. Reviewers provide expert, independent assessment of manuscripts within their area of specialisation. All reviews follow a double-blind protocol — reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors, and vice versa.

Evaluation Criteria

Reviewers are asked to evaluate manuscripts on the following dimensions:

Originality

Does the work present novel contributions to the field?

Methodological Rigour

Are the methods appropriate, clearly described, and reproducible?

Relevance

Does the topic fall within the journal's scope and advance knowledge?

Clarity of Presentation

Is the manuscript well-structured, logically organised, and clearly written?

Literature Coverage

Does the work adequately reference and build upon prior research?

Data and Results

Are the results accurately presented and supported by the data?

Significance

Does the work have practical or theoretical impact?

Ethical Compliance

Has the research been conducted in accordance with ethical standards?

Ethical Responsibilities

Review Recommendations

Based on evaluation, reviewers should recommend one of the following decisions:

Accept
The manuscript is suitable for publication with no or minimal changes.
Minor Revisions
Generally acceptable but requires minor corrections before final acceptance.
Major Revisions
Substantive changes are required. The revised manuscript will undergo re-evaluation.
Reject
The manuscript does not meet the standards for publication in IJDACR.
